Bio

Karine is an engineer, bestselling author, and international speaker. Karine is also National Sales Manager at iAIRE, where she uses her engineering background, coaching, and relationship-building skills to motivate and develop the sales team.

Karine has a mechanical engineering degree from Ecole de Technologie Superieure in Montreal, a University focused on applied engineering and technology. She is a certified John Maxwell coach, trainer, and speaker, a certified behavioral analysis consultant, and an eSpeakers certified virtual presenter.

Karine has received the ASHRAE Distinguished Service Award, John F James International Award, and was awarded an honorary medal as part of the 50th anniversary of the University of Quebec for her exceptional contribution to the university.
